Carl Spitzmacher said he contacted Mark Miller – out of town.
Dr. John wants to set up carpentry, arts and crafts for sale to monetize. Concrete proposal to Weigand Center through Dennis Kelsch.
On hold until a person who can spearhead operation is found.

Continue to improve Community Voice
Bernie Hart reported on meeting with police. He felt that it was too mellow. It occurs every other Wednesday at 2pm. He was disappointed that no other SLCMCC members attended.
Gloria Red Bear said that lots of people are sick due to employees not letting homeless use restroom. There are 4 main problems
Community Voice 10am first and third Monday - Gloria Red Bear and her husband do the circulation
Power of press: the purpose is better behavior, education and community camaraderie
Bernie Hart said: Road Home needs a council from within to suggest how to handle drug problems (the core issue) and to stand up for staff who are taking care of people so it’s a better environment. He believes that the police have been the “fall guys” for too long.
To ponder: Salt Lake County “pay for success” program. What works and what doesn’t?
