Treasurer’s report - $17.00.

Action items:

John and Lauren to get old signs together (“HOMELESS MOMS”, “HOMELESS VETS”, etc.) and all to help make new signs about homeless awareness. We will make a big sign that says:” HOMELESS LGBT YOUTH”.

Done, all signs are ready.

Community Voice – all to continue group efforts.

5th newsletter to be released 6/6/2016.

Gloria expects there to be about 30 people from the Rio Grande community who will march. She will print vouchers for marchers so they can eat after the parade.
Bernie and Marita to bring food, water, plastic forks and knives and napkins.

Pioneer Park instead of the library after the parade.

Lauren to bring cooler with ice for bottled water and paper plates.
John to bring signs, clip boards and waivers.

The new people introduced themselves:

Kristina Eckley, “Cricket”, has been in Utah for about 5 months and has spent the last 2 weeks at the Road Home. She will act as Gloria Red Bear’s secretary.

Richard Sander is from Pyramid Lake Reservation in Nevada has been in the community for about 2 years.

Lydell Dennison from is from Tohatchi, New Mexico and has been in the community for about 2 years.

Omer Namdar is from Houston, Texas and has spent about 3 weeks in the Road Home.

Timothy Woods is from Alabama and has been at the Road Home for about 3 weeks.

Terry Hogan is John’s friend and neighbor.

New agenda item: Marchers to assemble in Pioneer Park at 8:30 am ready to sign waivers. Food will be served in Pioneer Park after the parade.
